I'll pull the latest ward-tracker snapshot now.
I pulled the sheet, but something looks off — worth flagging before we go further:
This suggests the Google Sheet itself hasn't been updated with tomorrow's (July 3) data yet — it's still showing an old snapshot from late June. Syncing again won't help until the ward updates the sheet.
That worked — 84 visits pulled for June 26, but all of them arrived with no planning constraints yet (84 unenriched refs).
Before I can set constraints and run the solver, let me check the rostering knowledge base rules, and also look at the day's current schedule/staffing.
Let me pull the two rostering knowledge docs to apply the correct rules.
Here's where things stand:
What I did:
What's left — the important part: all 84 visits came in with no planning constraints (duration, timing window, skills). I need to work through each one — using the drug/task text, line notes, and the playbook's rules (e.g. Ertapenem = 60 min flat, Ceftriaxone/Rocephin = 30 min, PICC access needs PICC management skill, dose-spacing for TDS/BD regimens, etc.) — and set constraints for all of them before I can run the solver.
This is a meaty batch (39 patients, several with 3 doses/day, some with strict timing like "strictly 0800hrs" or FV flags). I'll now go through and enrich them in one batch call. No decision needed from you yet — I'll report back with the draft plan once solved.
All 84 visits are now enriched — no unknowns, nothing left unconstrained. Now let me run the solver to generate a draft roster.
Sync + enrichment done, and the solver produced a draft. Here's the summary for June 26:
Draft plan (run 866e54f0):
⚠️ One mandatory gap — this needs your attention:
central_line — meaning it really should stay in-house (PICC access is our own nurses' job). No in-house PICC-skilled nurse had room for it in the AM slot.Preferred (soft) gaps — nice-to-have but not mandatory:
Only Chua Shi Min Amanda and Sabrina Atan have PICC/Infusor skills among AM-available nurses — worth checking if one of them can free up a slot for C20#1.
