IV access / lines: NGT FR 12 over Left nostril DI 24/6 Due 22/7 EL:42cm (Helper is competent in NGT care/ feeding) Unstageable pressure sore over sacrum > cleanse with normal saline and cover with hydrocolloid dressing > last done on 24/6 > next due 27/6 (to review wound during home visit) (Helper is competent) Patient known to St Luke home medical SC insulin - Helper Anik still not competent yet. - initiated CGT from the ward
